Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our grandmother’s house had been stuck in an estate for years and was in disrepair and cluttered to the max. We had other companies and "investors" make offers but ended up screwing us in the end or giving us low ball offers that would make you laugh.
Anthony came and looked at the house, made us a solid offer and within a few days we were in contract. He was extremely flexible with our closing date and worked with us through some minor property issues. I had recently lost my job and at the age of 67 finding it very hard to find one. I owned a rental home that was in need of repairs and tenant occupied. Not only did he make an offer to take it as is he also offered to take it tenant occupied, which in turn alleviated much stress that I would have endured.He also covered all closing costs including my lawyer. He also referred me to a lawyer that he works with who was also wonderful. And by the way the dollar amount he offered was the dollar amount that I walked away with.
